Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy
- Standard Times: Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Complimentary Flex (When Possible): Upon request, and if the schedule allows, we may approve an early check-in or late check-out of up to 1 hour at no additional cost.
- Extended Hours: Requests beyond 1 hour will be subject to an additional fee of $15 per hour.
- Approval Required: All early check-in or late check-out requests must be made as soon as possible and are subject to approval, depending on other guests’ arrival and departure times as well as housekeeping schedules.
- Unapproved Late Departures: Staying past the 10:00 AM check-out time without prior approval may result in additional fees to cover scheduling disruptions.
